Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Oil

  1. Use a deep, heavy-bottomed pan or kadai.
  2. Fill it with a neutral oil (like sunflower or vegetable oil).
  3. Heat the oil on medium flame until it reaches 170°C to 180°C (you can test by dipping a wooden spoon — bubbles should appear around it).


Step 2: Don’t Thaw the Snacks

  1. Keep the snacks frozen. Do not thaw. Thawing can make them soggy and splatter in oil


Step 3: Add Carefully

  1. Drop the snacks gently into the hot oil
  2. Don’t overcrowd the pan — fry in small batches to keep the oil temperature steady.


Step 4: Fry Until Golden

  1. Fry each batch for 3–5 minutes (depending on the snack size and type).
  2. Turn occasionally for even frying.
  3. Remove once golden brown and crispy


Step 5: Plating

Place on a plate and garnish with peri peri or coriander leaves



Step 6: Serve Hot

  1. Plate them immediately while hot and crispy
  2. Serve with our fresh Green Chutney for the best flavor combo!

  • Store in Freezer
  • Shelf life - 5 days
